200: Food Drama
What if healing your relationship with food and your body feels…boring? In this episode, we’re talking about food drama—the constant thoughts, rules, judgments, guilt, and stories we create around what we eat and how our bodies look.
We’ll explore why we can become so attached to this mental roller coaster, even when it leaves us exhausted, and how food and body preoccupation can create the illusion of control while taking up valuable mental space.
But what happens when we begin to let go of the drama? Food becomes food, cravings become information, and our bodies become something we can live in rather than constantly evaluate. And while that peace may initially feel uneventful, it also creates space for the relationships, experiences, passions, and dreams that matter to us. Because maybe “boring” isn’t the absence of something—it’s what peace feels like when you’re finally used to chaos.
