56: How to be Consistent

We all have things that we do fairly consistently. So know that you are capable of being consistent.
But when we take exercise or not overeating, it can be a bit harder to be consistent!
So I want you to take inventory and see things that you do every day, weekly or monthly. You have the ability to be consistent, so recognize that and notice what you are being consistent with now!
Then I show you how to use these strategies to become consistent with nutrition and exercise.
