And when changing any habit, we experience discomfort in the process.  


When you have been using food to not feel discomfort and you take the food away, guess what you are left with? 


You guessed it…discomfort!  


No one wants to feel discomfort, and in fact we as humans are biologically wired to seek pleasure and avoid discomfort.


In this episode, Keysa will share ways in which you can add comfort to your life in order for you to help heal your emotional eating.
